項目內容：擬在承德張百灣新興產業示范區內建設年產醫藥產品100噸生產線，包括心腦血管類、胃腸類、消炎類、降血脂類等成品藥物，其中消炎藥40噸、胃腸類藥30噸、降血脂藥10噸、心腦血管藥20噸。
Project Plan: A pharmaceutical products production line with an annual capacity of 100tons will be built in Zhangbaiwan New Industrial Demonstration Zone in Chengde. It will manufacture such pharmaceutical products as cardiovascular (20tons), gastrointestinal (30tons), anti-inflammatory (40tons) and anti-hyperlipidemia drugs (10tons).
投資估算與資金來源：項目計劃總投資1億美元，資金全部企業自籌。

市場分析：中國經濟持續快速發展，同時人口迅速老齡化，這兩個因素使得對醫藥產品的需求日益增加。同時不健康的生活方式和慢性病發病例的增加也促進了治療高血壓、心腦血管、腸胃、消炎類藥物的銷售。隨著新醫改政策的逐步實施，預計對藥品，尤其是非專利藥的需求進一步增長。
Market Analysis: the fast and continuous development of China’s economy and the increased level of aging society in China result in ever more demand for pharmaceutical products. At the same time, the unhealthy life style and chronic disease also promote the sales of drugs to treat high blood pressure, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal and anti-inflammatory diseases. With the gradual application of new medical reform policies, it is estimated that demand for pharmaceutical products, especially the non-patent drugs, will increase.
經濟效益分析：項目建成投產后，預計年可實現銷售收入1.2億美元，實現利稅0.4億美元。
Economic Benefits Analysis: after putting into production, it is expected to realize a sales income of USD120million and a tax income of USD40million.
建設條件：項目擬選址在承德張百灣新興產業示范區內，該區交通便利，緊鄰國道112線，距灤平縣城10公里、京承高速灤平出口23公里，到北京僅1個半小時車程；京通鐵路和正在建設的張唐鐵路經過園區，并在區內設有客貨兩用站；水資源充沛，灤河流經27公里，徑流量19立方米/秒；淺層地下水即可實現園區近期供水，規模為10萬噸/日的供水廠正在建設中；區內現有35KV、110KV、220KV變電站各一座，承德西500KV變電站和園區專用35KV變電站即將建成投入使用；天然氣管道在區內建設中轉站一座、門站五個；現有處理能力為2萬噸/日的污水處理廠一座，并可提供中水回用，規劃建設處理能力為16萬噸/日的第二污水處理廠1座，一期6萬噸/日工程已開工建設。
Construction Conditions: the project is to be built in Zhangbaiwan New Industrial Demonstration Zone of Chengde. The location features convenient transportation and adjoins to No. 112 National Highway, 10km from Luanping County, 23km away from exits of Beijing-Chengde Highway and 1-hour drive away from Beijing. The Beijing-Tongliao Railway and the Zhangjiakou-Tangshan Railway which is being built pass through the Park. And stations for passenger and cargo trains are established in the zone. The water resources here is rich. And 27km of Luanhe passes here, with volume of runoff is 19 cubic meters per second. Shallow groundwater is enough to supply short-term water of the zone. And a water supply plant with a capacity of 100,000tons is being built. Now, there are three transformation stations with a capacity of 35KV, 110KV and 220KV separately. A transformation station of 500KV and the station of 35KV which is built especially for the zone are not being built for production. There is one transfer station and five gate stations, one sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 20,000tons/day to recycle water. And it is planned to build a sewage treatment plant with a daily capacity of 160,000tons. The first phase of this plant with a capacity of 60,000tons is finished.
