【FOREWORD】　　

The number of people studying overseas has been increasing these years in Sichuan due to employment problem and low currency exchange rates.　　

 We've learnt from Foreign Cooperation and Exchange Office of Sichuan Province Education Department that the number of those who studied abroad at their own costs in Sichuan Province was totaled 5,069, 6,000 in 2005, 7,856 in 2007 according to the statistics and basing on the incomplete statistic figures, the number of students studied abroad in 2010 exceeded 9000, and reached up to 13,000 in 2012, and was estimated to increase in the next few years.　　

 Following countries are those which receive most self-funded study in Sichuan: Australia, UK, France, Singapore, US, Canada, Germany, Japan, Ukraine, South Korea.　　

China (Sichuan) International Education Expo 2013 will attract hundreds of foreign educational institutions from more than twenty countries to participate in it. It is a good opportunity for those institutions to cooperate and communicate with each other.　　

Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan province, is the largest city in West China and also is the center for economic, technological and cultural exchanges in West China. 　　

In 2010, the number of students who took college entrance examination was up to 500,000 ; it was up to 514,000 in 2011, and it reached 528,000in 2012 in Sichuan.　　

In Sichuan, there are more than 1,100, 000 college students from 94 kinds of different universities, that makes Chengdu become the education center of the western China.　　

Meanwhile, the rapid economic development is always at the top of the west. 　　

Chengdu, is the key area of recruit students for the colleges and universities from domestic and overseas. 　　

The committee will put the advertisement on West China Metropolis Newspaper and Chengdu Commercial News before the exhibition.  Meanwhile they will broadcast  40 times/day rolling advertisements on the Mobile TV of the local channel From Jun. 16th to 17th 2013.  500,000 text messages will be sent through the special way to to high-end customers. On that day , we also invite the journalists from  Chengdu News broadcast channel  and Sichuan education TV station to our exhibition for the interview and later on will be broadcast timely.

Domestic Exhibitor RMB 15,000/ Standard Booth (plus 10% for double opened booth), Conference charge：RMB200for each person

【INVITATION OF VISITOR】　　

A. Publicize information of consultation meeting through handing out admission tickets in international departments and advisory institutes of universities and colleges.　　

B. Post big posters in universities, colleges, vocational and middle schools of Sichuan.　　

C. Students and parents, education administrators and teachers, the presidents, experts and scholars of all levels education institutions, on-job people, the principals of the organization for the educational investment and financing, the principals of study abroad agency, the officials of foreign embassies and consulates, etc.　　

【PROCEDURE】　　

1. Exhibitor shall fill in Exposition Contract and affix official seal and then mail or fax them to Organizing Committee. And Exposition Sponsor will mail a written confirmation to Exhibitor.　　

Exhibitor shall remit relevant exposition charge to appointed account within seven days upon registration.　　

2. All exhibitors shall follow such principle that “first registered and paid shall have priority”, Organization Committee has right to cancel or displace unpaid booths till all booths are engaged.　　

3. The Sponsor will mail Exhibitor Manual consisting of detailed schedule, transport, platform design and setting, travel and accommodation, material renting and waiter service, advertisement, visa application, weather forecast and any other service information to exhibitor upon exhibition booth confirmation, universities and colleges requesting pick up service shall contact organization committee five days ahead, all related costs shall be borne by exhibitors themselves.　　

4. Exhibitor shall detail all information like height setting and special requirements in Exposition Contract.　　

6. Organization Committee will prepare English and Chinese lintel board subject to contracts of registered universities and colleges.
